PAYMENT

To order any items from my shop, please just click the "Add To Cart" button next to the item you want, and follow the instructions to checkout the contents of your cart.

The checkout process is handled by Paypal, a secure payment processing company. You don't need a Paypal account, but can pay with your credit or debit card and I will never see your card information, only your address, email address and the details of your order.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling but you can pay with any currency you like - Paypal will do currency conversions automatically during checkout, but for approximate conversions visit http://www.xe.com/ucc/

If you have any problems placing your order, please send me a message via the contact form to let me know what you want to purchase and I will send you an invoice direct. Customers in the UK are also welcome to get in touch about paying by cheque.

SHIPPING

I ship 1st Class within the UK and Airmail internationally to most destinations worldwide.  Postage on my website is calculated by combining a "handling charge" based on your location plus a small postage cost per item, the total you will pay will be displayed in your shopping cart once you select your country.

All orders are shipped asap, 2-7 days after I receive cleared payment. I will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order is in the post. Please make sure your Paypal address is up to date and accurate as I cannot re-send or refund orders posted to an outdated address.

International Airmail normally takes 3-7 working days to arrive depending on your location but can take up to 4 weeks due to delays at customs, postal holidays or bad weather. If you are worried about your parcel please get in touch! Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, and you must contact me before returning any items and obtain proof of posting. I reserve the right to refuse any returns if the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out. All refunds will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged I will issue an additional refund of postage costs incurred while returning the order.

SAFETY + ALLERGIES

Many of my brooches and disguises are great for the young at heart but they are not toys and are not suitable for children under 3 years due to small / sharp parts. The felt I use may have a low wool content (up to 30%) and my brooch backs are nickel plated.

All of my designs are handmade by me, from my own original ideas and patterns. Please respect this and do not copy my work or images. I retain the copyright on my designs even after sale.

The items you receive will be made from the same pattern and materials as the ones pictured in my shop, but may vary in small details because I am a human girl and not a brooch-making machine! The colours in my photographs are as accurate as possible, but these may appear differently on different computer monitors.
